Ossi is a founding partner of Linclaw Consulting AB.
Ossi advises technology clients on all aspects of cloud transactions, cloud regulation and public policy. In addition to his cloud experience, he has published several articles on intellectual property law issues, which have been published in journals in Europe and Asia. He has appeared on numerous publications, including CNET (in its coverage of Oracle v Google), the Financial Times (ft.com, in its coverage of FRAND-licensing) and the Finnish financial newspaper Kauppalehti (in its coverage of IPR risks related to Android).
Before starting the firm, he has worked at Amazon Web Services as their sole Nordic counsel in London, as a technology attorney at Clifford Chance LLP in Brussels, where he advised major technology companies such as Oracle, Nokia and Adobe, and as an in-house counsel at Tieto Corporation, a major Nordic ICT services provider.
Catrine is a founding partner of Linclaw Consulting AB.
Catrine is a regulatory specialist. She advises client on the regulatory aspects of their business, focusing in particular on privacy issues related to the cloud. In addition to her private sector experience, she has also worked on many public sector regulatory initiatives, including assessments of Member States’ implementation of EU laws.
Prior to co-founding the firm, she spent the last twelve years working in various regulatory roles, advising clients in Brussels on EU law issues.
Catrine is qualified in Sweden and Finland.
