Our experience
Currently we have two lawyers who both have more than six years of experience from working in international law firms and companies. We have been working in Brussels, Belgium, and have had the opportunity to work with both large multinational companies as well as private equity firms and smaller local companies. We have assisted companies with all types of legal issues in a large number of different industries, including the ICT industry, E-commerce, chemicals, logistics and the automotive industry. Some examples of past projects we have worked with include:

- Advising an open source software and hardware vendor on open source licensing issues
- Advising clients on antitrust issues relating to supply and co-operation agreements
- Preparing and submitting merger notifications to the European Commission and national competition authorities

- Advising a hardware vendor on copyright levies issues
- Representing clients in hearings at the European Commission and the Court of First Instance
- Advising large multinationals on legal issues relating to setting up online internet services

- Preparing a competition law complaint against a major US technology company
